Morgane Detective Geniale 3: Location, Cast e Trama dell’Appassionante Serie TV
Morgane Detective Geniale, the French-Belgian crime TV series, is set to return to Rai 1 with its third season. First aired in Italy in September 2021, the show follows the adventures of Morgane Alvaro (Audrey Fleurot) as she navigates investigations and a complicated personal life.
In the second season, Morgane finally managed to win over Inspector Adam Karadec (Mehdi Nebbou). At the same time, she discovered that Romain, her first partner who disappeared fifteen years ago, is living with a woman in England. Karadec, on the other hand, is engaged to Roxane Ascher (Clotilde Hesme), not pursuing the moment of passion he shared with Morgane.
In the new season, Morgane has left the police force and returned to work as a cleaner. However, her time away from the investigative team won’t last long. Arrested for murder, Morgane manages to prove her innocence with the help of her former colleagues and rejoins the police.

The series was filmed in various locations including Lille, Lambersart, Roubaix, Armsntières, Frelinghien, Cysoing, Bousbecque, Ronchin, Loos, Tourcoing, and La Neuville.
Morgane Alvaro’s character was initially inspired by Asperger’s syndrome, but the creators wanted to avoid the stereotype of an obsession with math and numbers. They decided to portray Morgane as a woman with above-average intelligence and even gave her a superhero-like persona, dressing her in a costume similar to Wonder Woman’s.
Although the third season has not yet aired in Italy, TvBlog has reported that a fourth season is in the works. The creators, Alice Chegaray-Breugnot and Julien Anscutter, have confirmed this, and filming is said to have begun in the summer of 2023.
The third season of Morgane Detective Geniale will premiere on Rai 1 on Tuesday, September 19, in prime time. The season consists of eight episodes, with two episodes airing each evening. The season finale is scheduled for Tuesday, October 10. In addition to airing on Rai 1, the series is also available for streaming on RaiPlay.
