Samantha Curcio parla del suo rapporto con Gero a Uomini e Donne: “Ci sentiamo e…”

Samantha Curcio, one of the tronistas of Uomini e Donne during the 2020/2021 edition, has spoken out about her relationship with Gero Natale, a knight from the Trono Over. Gero recently returned to the show in the current season and Samantha shared her thoughts in a new interview with Lollo Magazine on Instagram.

During her time on the show, Curcio and Gero exchanged glances that led her to express her interest in him. Eventually, he decided to leave the program, possibly because he couldn’t find the right path to follow, torn between the Trono Over and Samantha’s interest. Samantha reveals what she thinks about Gero’s current situation, as he is currently facing criticism for his connection with Angelica.

It seems that Gero has moved on from Cristina Tenuta and now only sees her as a friend. However, his relationship with Angelica is different, as he feels a strong attraction towards her. Samantha does not see Gero with either of the two ladies. She also reveals the nature of their current relationship:

“Our time together was simple and spontaneous. I believe we had a lot in common, but he wasn’t ready. I still believe that this environment is not suitable for him. Today, we are friends and we occasionally keep in touch, also because we have mutual friends.”

So, Gero and Samantha have a good relationship today and they still have contact. Is Curcio still interested in Gero? It’s unclear, but she emphasizes that they are just friends. She certainly doesn’t believe that the show is the right place for someone like him.

Samantha recalls her entire experience as a tronista on Maria De Filippi’s dating show. She only regrets showing the worst side of herself, the fear that she tried to mask with arrogance but ultimately ended up in tears. It helped her understand that fear in love leads nowhere.

She also mentions her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Alessio Ceniccola, who recently revealed that he has found love again. Samantha is happy for him and wishes him the best. She is now certain that he was not the right guy for her, and she believes that Alessio feels the same way.

On the other hand, Curcio is currently single. Unlike in the past, she now feels “very open” to sharing her life with someone. She doesn’t comment much on the divorce between Isabella Ricci and Fabio Mantovani, but she does admire Isabella and considers her an example for all women.

Regarding the recent short-lived couples that have emerged on UeD, Samantha believes that this happens because many people mistake the show for a job placement agency. They get carried away by the success of previous participants without realizing that the main goal of the show is love, not Instagram sponsorships.

Samantha also shares her opinion on the current tronisti. She really likes Manuela Carriero and thinks her suitor Michele Longobardi is a bit predictable and keeps her “hanging by a thread, hoping it doesn’t break.” On the other hand, Brando and Cristian don’t impress her, as is the case with many viewers.

Finally, when asked about her potential return to television, Curcio admits that she would love to participate in shows like Tale e Quale Show because she has loved singing since she was a child. She would also be interested in programs like Pechino Express and L’Isola dei Famosi.
