Raffaele Vanni will also continue to hold the position of IR for the Group.
“The return of Pietro Colucci,” commented Elio Cosimo Catania, President of Innovatec, “to the operational leadership of Innovatec represents a fundamental step in the company’s development project. Colucci’s undisputed qualities as an entrepreneur and manager, recognized and appreciated over his forty years of activity, make him one of the leading figures in the environmental and energy sector in our country. The management team is therefore strengthened, thanks also to the continuity that Marini, the previous CEO, will ensure in the field of Energy Efficiency, and the contribution of Roberto Maggio, Group General Manager, and the new Group CFO, Raffaele Vanni, who has extensive experience in the sector and the group. I am convinced that these choices represent an additional guarantee of satisfaction for our customers, investors, and the communities in which we operate.”
Pietro Colucci, a key figure in the green economy sector in Italy, is a major shareholder of the Innovatec Group through the family holding company Sostenya Group srl, of which he owns 51% of the share capital.
